Conditions for renting are simple:

We deliver a new house, cleaned so it shines, and as described at these web pages |

You return it in the same conditionPay if you make any damages |
To make it as simple and cheap for all parties we do not involve any agency. Therefore transfer of the key etc. can take place on different places, at a nighbour or similar.
If you do not like cleaning, or you have a long trip infront of you, we can arrange a local firm who will make the house shine again, ready for the next guests to arrive.
